Medical Billing & Coding
Turn diagnoses into codes — a healthcare career you can build at a desk, even from home.
Program objective
Graduate ready to work as an entry-level Medical Billing & Coding Specialist and to sit for national certification.
The Medical Billing & Coding program teaches you to translate diagnoses and procedures into the ICD-10-CM and CPT code sets, and to prepare and file insurance claims for reimbursement. You'll complete a real externship and graduate ready to work with physicians, medical staff and insurers — in offices, hospitals, billing companies, or remotely.
