Founded in Oakland in 2008, Quest Nursing Education Center has grown into a two-campus institution dedicated to helping adults excel across the healthcare field — from entry-level roles to advanced professional practice.

Quest Nursing Education Center holds the required state approvals at each campus, and we believe prospective students deserve a clear, honest picture before they enroll.
California campus
Approved to operate by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE), in compliance with the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009.
Florida campus
Licensed by the Commission for Independent Education (CIE); nursing programs (PN, ASN, BSN) approved by the Florida Board of Nursing.
Important: approval is not accreditation
State approval to operate is different from institutional accreditation. Quest Nursing Education Center is not accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. As a result, students are not eligible for federal financial aid, and a degree from an unaccredited institution may not be recognized by some employers or for some licensure and transfer purposes. We encourage every prospective student to review our catalog and School Performance Fact Sheet before enrolling.
